How many cameras do you bring to a conference?
It depends on the room and the program. A typical keynote setup is two to three cameras plus a roaming camera for the audience and B-roll. We plan this with you in the estimate.
Can you deliver highlights during a multi-day event?
Yes. For sales kick-offs and summits we edit a highlight video at the end of each day so it can be shown the next morning or shared internally.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We are based in Boca Raton and have filmed events in Lisbon, Las Vegas and across the US. Travel is quoted separately.
Do you record full sessions for on-demand viewing?
Yes. We record keynotes and panels in full, with audio from the venue sound desk, and deliver edited sessions for your website or internal platform.
What is included in the price?
The crew, cameras, lighting and sound for the agreed hours. Editing is quoted separately, because every event needs different deliverables.
